After the stressing harvest, after bottling our 1st vintage (2013), after, after... We started the pruning season! For us is the best moment of the year, work is done quietly, without pressure, without hard deadlines... peaceful time, a time to breathe. But it's cold!
All the troubles of the harvest are through at this moment, and we are building the future, modeling the vines (that's pruning at the end) projecting the kind of fruit we want for the next harvest. Also is the moment to refresh the soil ploughing (in order to incorporate green covering) and aplying the first 500 and Maria Thun compost. We have a full winter to do the work, but the coolest months we prefer not to prunning to avoid freezing damage.
Now all is possible, and we can work wishing to achieve a great, great 2015 vintage!
