Oh, oh... Harvest comes!
Ok, it is a little exaggeration here, but in some sense, when vines starts to sprout new bunches, all the work done in the prunning starts, and with it, the floration, and the... And the harvest.
After hibernation, after the vine weep (sorry, no fotos here) after collect a lot of days at more than 10°C, the vines starts it vegetative cycle. It is an incredible effort, that culminates with the maturation of its descendants. All this enormous nature work (weep, sprout, floration, fruit set, verasion, rapening...) is just to find some marcassin (wild boar), deer, etc. who wants their ripe grapes to eat, with the objective to be fermented and finally be planted gently fertilized in new worlds. Don't worry vines, we will ferment your descendants and finally compost them to make them return to earth. But for this moment a long trip it is needed! This only is the confirmation that vines are alive, that the buds they can be freezed or eaten by deers. Strength! This is just the beginning...
