NICASIA is crafted as a traditional 50’s top wine; old vines, low yields, hand harvesting, low intervention, minimalistic winemaking… looking for a fresh ripeness, to get a wine full of fresh aromas intermixed with something more intriguing and ethereal, a crystalline and silky mouthfeel.
We try to copycat NICASIA’s landscape into the glass. A pure Verdejo and Grenache wines.

We try to craft traditional, fresh and vibrant style. Based on Verdejo and Tempranillo wines.
